DELIVERY & PICKUP POLICY

Bedroom Depot offers local delivery and pickup options for eligible purchases.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Bedroom Depot provides delivery within our service area using our own delivery personnel and vehicles. Delivery availability and charges may vary depending on the delivery location, merchandise purchased and services requested.

Where available, additional services such as furniture setup and removal of packaging materials may be offered.

DELIVERY SCHEDULING

Once your merchandise is available and ready for delivery, Bedroom Depot will contact you to arrange or confirm your delivery.

The evening before your scheduled delivery, our team may contact you to confirm your order, delivery details and any special delivery instructions. A two- to three-hour delivery window may be provided.

SPECIAL ORDERS AND ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATES

Some merchandise may need to be ordered from a manufacturer or supplier.

When an exact delivery date is not known at the time of purchase, any estimated arrival date provided is an approximation based on information supplied to Bedroom Depot by the manufacturer or supplier.

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed and may change due to circumstances outside our control.

Bedroom Depot will contact you when your merchandise arrives to arrange delivery or pickup.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for ensuring that merchandise will fit through doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators and into the intended room before delivery.

Please ensure that the delivery area and access route are clear and safe before our delivery team arrives.

Additional charges may apply when special delivery arrangements or additional services are required.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

Please inspect your merchandise at the time of delivery or pickup whenever possible.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact Bedroom Depot as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
