Warranty Policy

– If you receive a Product that is damaged or defective, we will replace the product or part free of charge.
– We will honour all Manufacturer Warranties on products purchased from Bedroom Depot to the purchaser.

REFUND Policy

Bedroom Depot will accept the return and provide full refund / store credit, no restocking fee, with the following criteria:
– The Item(s) purchased are not in transit.
– All items to be returned must be in original packaging without damages.

Return Policy

 Return Method is available in store only!
Eligible returns with no charge for shipping, no restocking fee and full refund only-
– If you receive a Product that is damaged or defective, we will take the product or part free of charge.
-if you received a wrong item 

Remorse Return
– All products are considered the property of the customer once the product is picked up or delivered and is considered a Final Sale, but can be returned with restocking fees and refunded in store credit.
– The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs of all products. (all returned items have to be in its original packaging)

Non-Returnable Products
– Custom and Made-To-Order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
– Any used Mattress, pillows & linen products (we will offer a discount on your next purchase)
